Director Africa RegionAn extremely efficient and motivated Regional Director with more than twenty-three years of experience overseeing SME & Micro Finance companies in Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Indonesia and African superintending a client base of over 400,000 clients. He has overseen the establishment of new businesses in Asia and Africa and has consistently strived for best performance in terms of client satisfaction, operational delivery, and commercial performance. Rohana holds a master’s in Business Administration degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University, United Kingdom, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom as well as being a member of the Intermediate Banking Diploma IBSL Sri Lanka. He was a committee member of the steering committee studying the Microfinance Activities by LFCs of Sri Lanka.
